Rang up and a miserable sounding woman just answered "hello?"... Felt like I'd dialled the wrong number, not a business. I asked for a taxi for an hour in advance, got put on hold, then about 2 minutes later got told "there's nothing available". No "sorry", no alternative ideas, nothing. Overall, they were not very professional, a bit rude and I won't be calling again.
